Rory.

Originally from Rugby, Rory began his culinary journey in London, working at one and two Michelin-starred restaurants such as Angelus Restaurant, Angela Hartnett at the Connaught, Pollen Street Social and Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley.

He brings a high level of detail and passion for food to both the kitchen and (currently) the Front of House service + management, and oversees operations alongside Claudia.

Claudia.

Having spent several years working in hospitality in and around Edinburgh - both in the kitchen and front of house -Claudia traded in the chilly winds of Scotland and began her own photography business back in England.

She brings photos, words and design to the White Swan and manages the operations and team alongside Rory.

Chris L.

Locally born Chris is our Executive Chef across both restaurants. He first experienced working in a professional kitchen at the age of 13, before qualifying with 3 diplomas from a catering course at Leicester College. He has experience in Chamonix & from Alyn Williams at the Westbury in London.

During 3 years at the Grey Goose in Gilmorton he progressed from Commis to Head Chef before joining our core team at the Swan, of which he has been part of since 2014.
