Terms + Conditions / Cancellation Policy.

 

At the White Swan we pride ourselves on the consistency and quality of the menus we create, using the best local and seasonal produce.

Menus shown online are the current menus, however we reserve the right to introduce new dishes or flavours where we deem appropriate.

Any allergens, dietary requirements or specific dislikes to certain ingredients should be submitted with at least 48 hours notice. We can not guarantee any menu amendments after this time.

Tables of 8 or more will be subject to a 12.5% service charge. All other service charges/gratuities are optional. Once paid, this is non-refundable. Please ask to remove it at the point of sale, should you wish.

At the time of booking a credit card authorization will be required.

TASTING MENU ONLY: Should you cancel within 24 hours we will charge 50% of the total bill (£price x how many the table was booked for) to the card on file. If you wish to share this cost between the other parties of your group then please email our management with their email addresses and we will forward individual invoices. If these are not paid within 5 days we reserve the right to charge the original card.

However, this amount will be provided in the form of a voucher for you to use within 1 month of the original booking date and will be redeemed against your bill on that occasion.

Should you not show for your booking the full cost (£price x how many the table was booked for) will be charged to your card.
